Testimonial for Open heart surgery Mexico – Duane Walker

Dear Senor Ruiz,

I am writing on behalf of myself and my husband, Duane Walker. Just three weeks ago, Duane had open heart surgery in Mexico at Hospital Angeles and in brief, is doing marvelously well. I want to tell you how pleased we both are with the program you have through WorldMed Assist.

We located WorldMed Assist through the internet in February. With the facilitation of WorldMed Assist Case Manager Janet Kwan, Duane was scheduled for an angiogram and angioplasty and ultimately, a full bypass procedure.

During Duane’s hospitalization we have nothing but good things to say about the people who helped him during this week of intense medical care. Doctor Luna and Doctor Jiminez both made themselves available to us every day to answer any questions and check on Duane’s progress.

Mario Alberto was assigned as Duane’s nurse in the operating room, and then followed him through ICU and stayed connected during the entire week of hospitalization. He was wonderful, patient, respectful and knowledgeable about Duane’s condition. All the other nurses and therapists were wonderful as well.

Patient coordinator, Paulina Hamilton, contacted us daily at the hospital and during our week’s stay at Hotel Camino Real to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction. If there was anything she could do to make our stay more pleasant, she took care of it.

All in all, Senor Ruiz, your program is one we would highly recommend to anyone considering cardiac medical care in Mexico and/or facilitation of medical care through WorldMed Assist.

We are truly grateful to have come through this journey with such good success, and we can attribute it fully to the wonderful care given by the excellent doctors at the Hospital Angeles, the nursing staff, and the care and consideration given to us as patient and family member.

I also want to mention that your beautiful and immaculately clean facility exceeded our expectations.
