I am writing to you to say thank you. How do you just say thank you to a company who saved your brother’s life. I would like you to put this letter where future clients will be able to read about just how valuable your company is.

My name is Jo-Ann Hall. My brother Kevin Stewart was suffering from cirrhosis of the liver and was going to die without a transplant. I am back home already since July 27th, 2007 and my brother will be home soon with a whole new lease on life.

What was really impressive is this company, WorldMed Assist, when you are in a country so far and different from your own for a surgical procedure it can be very scary however Wouter was with us every step of the way. If we had any issues he dealt with them so quickly we knew we had nothing to worry about. There is a 9 ½ hour time difference between India and here and even that was never a problem, he just made sure he was available. He called at least once a day. We got to know him so well that we consider him a part of our family.
