I remember two or three months ago praying for God to help me with my appetite.  I’d gained back more than the 10 pounds I’d recently lost on the diet pill route.  I just seemed to be hungry all the time and I would get really frustrated.  I had been trying to lose the weight by walking, but to walk long enough would be more than an hour, which made my back and legs hurt from the excess weight.  When Debbie Clanton’s dad called me about Lap Band surgery in Mexico, I knew it was the opportunity God was giving me. 
Debbie put together our Lap Band surgery through WorldMed Assist.  They made everything so easy!  We flew to San Diego, were driven to the Hospital Angeles across the border in Tijuana, Mexico, and after all our tests, were in the operating room the same day.  Dr. Lopez Covala and the entire staff were very professional and caring.  Two days later, we were back in San Diego enjoying the sights. 
I am less hungry now and able to control my food portions better because I feel fuller faster.  I have lost 12 lbs and am excited about more coming off.  I feel good and have a better attitude about myself because I know this time it will work.  I loved everyone at Hospital Angelesl, and the support from WorldMed Assist has been fantastic
